After his first entrepreneurial experience, Laurent specialized in auditing, consulting, and transaction services. Between 2000 and 2006, he contributed to the consolidation of the accounting and audit sector as a Partner at BDO Marque & Gendrot, which was sold to Deloitte in July 2006.
As a Partner at Deloitte, Laurent held a privileged position in a burgeoning tech ecosystem that preceded the birth of French Tech, Bpifrance, and France Digitale. A former host of the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 and a board member of Paris Développement, he still chairs the labeling committee of the Figures and Consulting sector of the Finance Innovation competitiveness cluster, where he is also a member of the executive committee. He is a mentor at Smart Food Paris (Paris&Co) and Réseau Entreprendre.
His passion for supporting entrepreneur-leaders in their financing, acquisition, and transfer projects led him to take over MGT in 2016 with the ambition of bringing his business acumen and 360° advisory approach to a sometimes overly conventional field. Starting in 2021, he brought together partners to create a one-stop-shop for entrepreneurs for capital operations.
Corinne brings over 35 years of experience in small and mid-cap M&A. Initially in the banking sector and later in an independent boutique, she founded KANUPA Investment Bank in 2010, advising on over 50 transactions before merging with MGT Partners in 2022.
Committed to supporting startups since the beginning of her career, she established FAIRWEST in 2010, a seed fund located in the Grand Ouest region.
Corine is actively involved in the University of Dauphine PSL (Entrepreneurship Club/Foundation) where she graduated in corporate finance. Today, she serves as teacher and General Secretary of CNCEF-France M&A, advocating since 2019 for the promotion of best practices in the M&A consulting profession.
